Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together; or
from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good, if you ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately; or
from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or piece, if you ordered a product that is delivered in multiple shipments or pieces; or
from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the first good, if you entered into a contract for regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form; however, it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding exercise of this right before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you—including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered)—without delay and at latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that was used in your original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received back the goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods—whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss results from handling them in a way that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.
